Targeted Traffic... is this possible ???

I have a question about the targeted traffic...

I know it is possible to get US, UK or Canadian traffic...but is it possible to get targeted traffic from a specific city or state? (ex: if I have a web store and I can ship products only within my state, is it possible to get the city / state specific traffic?)

I am from Toronto, Ontario, and if any traffic sellers out there who can send that kind of traffic, please let me know.

I think your best bet would be to watch for yahoo listed expiring domains of companies listed under your region. Backorder it, then forward traffic from that domain to your website.

Buying traffic from a 3rd party guarantees you nothing when it comes to regions as far as I know. You are better of putting advertisments in the local newspapers or exchange links with a site that also does business for that region.

As guile said, you're best getting link exchanges with sites in the region and expiring yahoo domains in the region.

With traffic sellers (myself included) you'll be getting UK,US,CAN,World only. There just aren't enough sources to get a good amount of traffic from just one state/region to sell.
