i think so- develop it to be a baking site, running videos of people cooking desserts- it should be viewer submitted- like youtube- and, after you view the video to make sure it is really about baking- then you air them, giving them their own "15 minutes of fame" as a food show host.

Indeed this is true, and yes this is a request for the domain value alone.
However, a tart as you will hear any englishman tell you is a somewhat derogatory name for a loose women....but is now used in a more lighthearted fashion....
However, the versatility of its innuendo allows for a hard porn site too. hence TART.COM.......thus, TART.TV could be a very memorable , branded,hard core, soft core, porn site......
