No, silly. I picked that up a very long time ago.

Well, do tell!

Not much to tell. Just buying premiums non stop. For the right price of course.

Did anyone here end up with f**ked? Contact me!

This week I only wanted two domains - ordered them everywhere and anywhere and still missed them. Went to those no-name private registrars that don't even offer registration services!

About time I set up my own registrar... ;)

Roy, I think everyone is thinking about that ... :frusty:

goodluck :yo:

Even with 3600 names this week's TBR seemed to have a lot less quality than usual.

whitebark lucked out - I didn't know those registrars were working for pool so I got both I wanted.

Can't believe nobody bothered trying to get niagra valley - top wine producing area and great tourist attraction. Perfect minisite material.

Without a website it won't get much if anything and that's why I love domain parkers...

Don't forget domainers do not have 1 or 5 domains. We have hundreds and thousands. It is not cost efficient to develop every domain.

I will develop every single one of mine in due time to some degree! That's where the real money is!

I've found that even an ugly placeholder page will attract end-users. I nabbed Freelance Photographers via a recent tbr and put up that real snazzy placeholder (my laziest one to date) and already had two people sniffing around in just two weeks! In contrast - in over two years I've only had a handful of offers come in from a parked page. Maybe that's just my luck..

And I just got an offer this morning for Stock Companies which I bought from another dnf'er last week because they saw the placeholder site.

And I've got a competitor company to the one highlighted on Student personal tax returns offering me free software to get a page added - this again on a website less than a month old built on another recent tbr grab.

I prefer to do the raping (development) than be raped (parking/de-indexed). :ok:

EDIT - I just noticed this thread has been read over 10k times! Another popular domain forum says there is not enough interest in .ca to make a dedicated section...

Some have hundreds of thousands.

Does any one person or company own more than 100,000 .ca domains?

Not that I know of but I could be wrong.

Some nice domains dropped today, english and french, the ones that go to auction should be interesting.
