When you have TM issues, the domain is worthless since you can't sell it. Even if you didn't have TM issues, TecTelecom isn't a generic word or even a known one. Any value from it will be through brading it and extensive marketing. So, IMHO I would say $0.

ask your registrar to delete it if you are immediately worried.
Otherwise, dont use it at all, do not renew it, and let it drop naturally.

If you get a letter in the mean time, hand it over right away.
