When you have TM issues, the domain is worthless since you can't sell it. Even if you didn't have TM issues, TecTelecom isn't a generic word or even a known one. Any value from it will be through brading it and extensive marketing. So, IMHO I would say $0.

What I do ?
 
ask your registrar to delete it if you are immediately worried.
Otherwise, dont use it at all, do not renew it, and let it drop naturally.

If you get a letter in the mean time, hand it over right away.

Believe me, at some point, it happens to the majority of us.
It wasnt done intenionally, and, on the bright side, you learn from it!
 
Don't feel bad...that's a good learning experience godfather... most of us ran in these situation before... at least you didn't get a CD letter yet ;-)
