Check their terms. I signed up at webnames.ca in February so they don't offer grace deletion for anything and it was even 40% fee extra if I canceled during prebooking. It was $20 US each for prebooking. :( Cost $140 total for me. All the good .tels I prebooked got registered including my first name just three days ago.
