I have implemented an affiliate templates store powered by templatemonster.com. This site will earn you 20% of every sales generated. In addition, I have also improved the SEO on this site by adding METAs, Headers and improved its title description.

The winner of this auction will get:
1. .PSD file of the website design and all the webfiles.
2. A templatemonster affiliate account (with my username / password) so that you can update youtr profile accordingly.
3. Push the domain to you through Godaddy. Domain expire in Sep 2007.

This site is new so you can assume little or no traffic. However, given the potential of the domain name and SEO effort done to this site, it will surpass many standard templates site eventually.
