As SanJose.tv is a major U.S city and home to many software and tech companies, I will forecast $XX,XXX to end user. Lots of venture capital, high per capita income, etc. distinguish San Jose as not only a large population city, but affluent as well.

I would hope these apparaisals are at the low end of what they will be worth in the next 18 months...

I guess alot of that will depend on how successful .TV as a whole becomes...which will finally be getting a fresh start at the hands of DEMAND MEDIA....

If .TV is ever ready to break out on its own - it will be 2007 & 2008.......only time will tell.....

I think those are already very optimistic end user prices.. .TV are ok, but dont spend that money that people tell you a domain is worth just yet..the chances of finding someone that is willing to pay that amount are minimal, if you find that motivated enduser with deep pockets, then yes, but keep in mind that you would only get about 20% of that from a reseller
