NO! - that is spam - unsolicited approaches to buy names.
If you wish to sell your names upgrade to Platinum.

I was talking about the people who'd specifically asked for certain specific types of domains (ie solicited approaches). Does that still require a Platinum upgrade?

You can respond to specific requests for domains but try to keep to up to date threads - trawling old threads looking for possible "leads" could also be viewed as spamming.
