I am ashamed. Even if I should not be, because in country where I was born and grown up there where not the laws like You have in US

And where to You take that the .com namespace is US??? It is international domain. Not Your US domain???

And You still find excuses for it.
It dosen´t let You look better then me. I can find excuses too, but I don`t do it.
I can also say that I have thousands domains and I have them parked, and I don`t know if they are Tm-d domains. I hold them for my brother. and so on and on. I have all the OK-s with companys and so on and on... And my brother is the xerox xompany owner and he has sayd ok to it. Who the hell cares.
FACT IS You HAVE this domain and You parked it and You made money by mistake or not - that is cybersquating and that makes You CYBERSQUATTER

I cannot see how some could vote for those who have been banned for infractions.
This truly sends the wrong message to others as well as "newbies" to the forum.
How can you "hold up" those types of actions as symbols of rebellion, then turn around and try to reward someone for being verbally abusive and having no respect for forum guidelines.

If everyone acted like that, then what position would this forum be in?
Would you want to do business with the membership then?

This is the same forum that all of you hope to do business in and learn from!

I really was just browsing the thread, which if there was such a thing as "member of the year" imo, it should be awarded by the owner of the forum or by staff.

Sure, members have the right to start threads like this but when you have 30k members and only a handful participate, then........what does that say?

perhaps it was started in jest and I will continue to view it as such. ;)

This thread is culturally biased ... There cannot be exclusions in a democracy just because some people dont like them .. The people can fill out any name they want to vote for in a ballot.

So in other words, this entire thread means nothing.

This thread is absurd Rockefeller. You should have let the votes fall where they may, it is a trivial contest correct? I didn't vote for Denny007 as a petition to have him reinstated, I voted for him because some of his comments were hilarious, and nothing more.

Since my previous vote has been voided, I would like to cast all three of my votes for Acroplex. Anyone willing to make public comments under a trademarked username like, "If I need a clean bathroom I call a Mexican lady", and then turn around and legally threaten someone for trademark mockery several threads later, simply has a golden sense of humor.

Thanks for the votes. You seem to have misunderstood a few facts about me, so let me fill you in while you're blacking your tit's tan (or is it black titan, it eludes me).

Signing posts with my business name is something I've always done. Otherwise I'd just choose "Greek God" or something equally silly. Now, as it happens, my username/business name is a registered trademark. If I so see it being misused, as that was the case earlier on, I do seek a retraction and unless a resolution is achieved, I do take legal action.

Now black titan, have you registered yours?

I vote for Predator for his mobi harvesting antics, and notch another one for the sedo girl who either drops herself in it everytime she posts, or answers questions like a british politician, in other words doesn't! Bless her!

i think the question should be who was allowed to be? a banned guy, who was banned for crazy reasons, or jaik, which sadly is not among us anymore. So to answer the question, I would say noone one this.
