The best price for registering ASIA domains?

Hello, I want to register some asia domains and I want to know the best register and the best price...If I register now a domain and someone else wants will go to an auction no?If I don´t win they return to my the money of the register???

We charge $12.50 a year at Rebel.com and you must register for two years. At the moment the sunrise period for trademark holders has closed. The landrush period for .Asia begins on February 20th. Landrush will close March 12th and live registrations will begin March 26th. At Rebel.com we do not charge for landrush applications. You are only billed if the name is awarded to you. If multiple applications are recived by the registry the domain goes to auction. If you lose the auction there is nothing to refund as you were not charged anything to submit your application.

If you want to apply for some name you may do so with us starting on February 20th, 2008.

I think EuroDNS is charging 8 € / 2 years with some promo code i found here on DNF but don't know about there cash back policy etc

Hi,
It is my understanding that you must have an Asia contact. Even though the domain may be in your account legally and technically it is owned by the asia contact so it has to be someone you trust. Not knowing these registrars and having had some experience with Registerfly appropriating my domains I am a little hesitant to register without having a way to secure my legal ownership. Have you had experience with the registrars you are mentioning. Do you trust them? Thanks.

I guess I'm in luck because I live in Asia so I guess I can register them without any problems until I decide to move back to the States.
