or will there be for much longer? The housing market is on a downturn or so they say. Still, this is a well known phrase and could be, say, a site which gives advice on buying to rent.

Sydneynights.com : About $100
Sydney Australia is a cosmopolitan city and the nightlife is plentiful. It is Australias biggest city, so keeping sydneynights.com seems like a pretty good idea.

usaclubbing.com : About $150 undeveloped.
I don't know who would buy the name unless they were planning a massive project. Obviously a succinct name though. If you turn this into a portal site for American clubs, and get traffic, you could offer free inclusion into the directory etc...has the sound of a really big portal site. At that stage, value = who knows!

Hey there,

someone here has given u a good appraisal for sydneynights.com, personally I don't think I'll work as there's no sydneynights.com.au ( au being australias ext).

Reason is that it might work if u aim the site at just americans, as they would be the more likely tourists to this destination. Secondly, Sydney is not that cosmopolitan! It is Australia's biggest population (only about 400,000 more) but not by size, Melbourne is larger, and Mebourne is actually alot more comsmipolitan than Sydney is. However like I said Americans will tend to visit Sydney more as they think that it's our capital city, and clearly it's not.

I would develop it then c how it goes, though also be remined there are many australian websites hat cater for tourists coming to Sydney.

thanks for your advise on sydneynights.com. Ive been to Melbourne and Sydney myself, and feel that both these cities have a very big tourist market and are very unique in their own sense. I think most Americans and Brittons tend to visit Sydney first on their Oz adventures, personally I visited Melbourne first.

I was thinking something simular to londonnights.com, a site that is already developt.
