I'm thinking on developing this one, but don't know yet.
But an appraisal would be nice

I'm going to go with don't waste your time. Disney makes it a habit going after TM's.
Not worth the effort, not worth the time and money. Reg Fee.

Just in case your still having a delima thinking about this here is a case with a name similar to yours.
Domain name was <disneylandhotel.com>----Here is the link

In fact here are all Disney's cases within the past three years.

All were transferred over to Disney.

i agree with Sarcle this domain probablt has tm issues.
So its worth nothing at all.

Great name!

It does have TM issues but so what? The name will make you a profit and that is all that matters.

How do you expect to make a profit if you get your ass sued first?

Yeah, I wouldn't take advice from a walking lawsuit waiting to happen
Just looking at Steve22's names:
cbsgolf.com , jennifercapriati.com, seasamestreetlive.com

True.
You will probably lose your domain anyhow since there is a TM on it.

That is a shame, cause I saw similar domains, also with disney on it, selling vacations, daily trips. and all wore unofficial sites
