Selling my proxy site, thestrongestlinks.com

Approx. 1 month old.
PR4

How did it get to PR4 in one month? The site was already a pr4, when I put my proxy site on it. Google, msn and yahoo have since included my new site, and the PR has remained the same. Since then, I have also gotten the site listed on a number of high pr proxy list sites. So pr could even increase.

Where does the traffic come from?
Approx. 50% is from bookmarkers. The other 50% is from links I have submitted to various proxy sites.

The stats picture shows 1,100 uniques per day. (not page views, but actual uniques!) The title says 1,333 (40,000 uniques monthly). Why the difference? For some reason, when my stats rotate every evening at 4 a.m., it deletes the traffic from midnight to 4 a.m. A look at the adsense stats will confirm the 1300 figure. Note, Friday Oct 21 the stats number shown only covers 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. Oct 23 is from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Today, Oct 24 is from 4 a.m. until 10:00 a.m..

How much does it make from adsense? Approx $20 per week. You can deduct $6.21 from the attached stats page. This is revenue from another site. Todays stats only show until 10 a.m. The bulk of the clicks traditionally happen in the afternoon.

How much bandwidth does it use? At present, I have not put any limits on the sizes of downloads that can be done with my proxy. So bandwidth is high, at approx 15 gigs per day.

Will traffic remain after sale? Chances are very good that yes, it will remain, and it will likely grow as well. None of the links are located on my own sites. The traffic is all coming from external links. Plus, I have sent emails to approx. 8 more high PR sites in the last week, that have not yet replied.

How much. Right now I want to get an idea of interest. Once some bids are received, I will set a reserve and bin.

Thanks,
Brian

Thanks for getting it started.

As per the norm, I will need more then a month's income from this one.
