Reg Fee ATM IMO w/ any value coming from whatever traffic you may be getting and converting.
'the' doesn't help, and adding 'virus' at the end is not core to what everyone is talking about, which is primarily the keywords 'swine flu'.
If swineflu.com sells, then there will be a benchmark to determining relative value.
