my suggestion is show us your previous projects so that we can determine what quality of sites you build - we can then gage how good this website would do from that

there are dozens of members here who look for partners for these supposedly huge projects but the reason they are looking for partners is because they have very little or no web devloping skills of their own. They say things like you build the website and ill provide the 9 dollar domain and we'll spilt the profits - yeah that sounds worthwhile;)

so prove us wrong and show us your websites. You have the idea but do you have the skills to actually make it happen.:D

you do not want to see joe's previous projects...
trust me

Genki,

Appreciate your above two posts much!

Sorry about at the last post I said that you are not qualify.

Maybe I was mad that you are having a good laugh at my top Internet dream. It's my baby, my lover. If you don't think she is as beautiful as I think, please do not laugh at her again at a famous webmaster forum which unfortunately also is the biggest domain name forum of the entire Internet.

Your question is right on the weakness of my idealy dream plan. If a visitor come from a publisher, the publisher should get paid. It is unfair to send the visitor to CUTBUY without pay the publisher.

My secret weapon to solve this problem is the whole beauty of this CUTBUY idea. You are pretty sharp to pointed out the Grape-hole, but I can't share my secret to you before I know you are worth it. (just kidding, i be glad to send it to you if you seriously want it)

Here is a suggestion, since the question is there, why don't we have a contest and see who is got the best answer to the question?

Everyone is free to post answers and update it till 24 hours from now. Then let the public vote for the best solution.

The winner gets 3 new domains and I pay for it, the second place gets all my dnbucks. I am in the contest myself too.

Another suggestion. Next time when you see people drunken for something, please feel happy for them. How hard is to have a good drunk in life that you can forget about the cold world and dirty reality.

Have a Great day my friend!

I am a bit confused.

You said you don't need publishers to promote the merchants products, but thats the only reason merchants use CJ, to run an affiliate program without a lot of hassle.

Merchants already have their own system set up to sell the products to people who come directly to their site, what they are looking for is people to promote it for them.

Maybe I missed something but it doesn't make any sense to me that you are just basically setting up a service which cuts out the affiliate program which merchants are going for by using CJ.

deluise,

Thanks for devoted your virgin post to this lousy thread!

It's a profit taking war lead the revolution of e-commerce.

Example, from banner ad to animation ad to popups.

Cut through the middle man is the ultimate way to make more profit from any deals.

Find the biggest middle man first, than find a way to take him down.

I love something more than money in Internet, it's challenge of minds!

It's like to play a multilevel chess game to against all the webmasters.

The time to full disclodure my plans is not ready yet, but I promise you that I will show you a final blue print soon.

Enjoy dnf and have a great Internet life!

after a thc tread, i have some thoughts to share.

21 century is like Roman empire, both are an important piece of the human history.

today's webmaster is yesterday's soldier.

they use swords and we use fingers.

i point a finger at you , you point a finger at him.

who gets the most point wins the game.

fantastic post;) but your starting to sound like a politician here and answer the question without answering it

i dont think you have the skills to such a thing- i know i dont - which means you would have to pay for the script to be designed and a script this complex would probably cost a few grand

do you have this sort of financial backing to get a project off the ground

i admire you for being ambitious but you have to be realistic also and step back into the real world for a second

Thanks for your post!

Except few missing parts the CUTBUY blue print is done.

Basically, CUTBUY has two functions.

1. Buyers can save more money by purchasing from our merchants.

2. Merchants can make more money by selling to our buyers.

How we do it? Cut the merchant's cost of paying cj and publisher, and use it to benefit buyer, merchant and us.

Example, if a product price at $100, referral commission is 20%, cj fee is 6%.

It will cost a buyer $100 to purchase and leave the merchant $74.

Now if we sale the product at $90, keep $10 and pay merchant $80. Then we made good deals for three of us.

The missing part is how we do the transaction?

I have no billing knowledge at all, checked out ibill.com, seems they charge 15% for transaction, way too much.

I wonder if there are simple solutions, maybe every merchant already have their billing system, just add a new function that automatically charge CUTBUY buyers at discount price and pay CUTBUY service percentage.

Be appreciate more imformation or discussing on this.

Wish you a great day!

Id reccomend paying a programmer to integrate a billing system onto your site. A site like this would not look as professional if it had to outsource its billing system. Then again, people would have the added trust of dealing with a well known billing company.

I can't get my mind off this idea, always searching for
a perfect plan.

So far I would like to suggest few ideas to my partner.

1. We should offer part of the company to exchange necessary needs such as marketing, billing etc.

2. We ask our partner merchants' sites to pop up something like this after a purchase is completed or a visitor is leaving:

Congratulations! You are our new CUTBUY program winner, you can now get 20% off on all merchandise from all CUTBUY partner merchants. Remember logon CUTBUY.COM to shopping again!
