I agree.Without naming a price negotiations are possible.I even set up individual themed for sale pages that match the domainnames theme so a potential (enduser) buyer gets more attracted to the domain(hopefully thats is).

Yes they do. I had an offer once, from a free email based account, and after some nego, they forgot to reply with that account, or something like that. The domain address was actually from a Korean Company. I made a few k on that sale, (I almost asked only $400)
