Hey Sam; welcome to DNForum! I hope you're able to learn a lot from here as I was since joining.

Not a lot has changed in domain investing. The main difference that I see is the price of domains, be it retail, wholesale, or aftermarket purchases. That can only be expected with investing. If the prices didn't increase year after year to a degree due to supply and demand, I don't think I'd be here as a seller for too long.
