The site has not been promoted in anyway for over 6 months, but still pulls in over 800 - 1000 Unique visitors per day, mostly type in, but also quite a few hits to existing "Thumbnail Galleries".

The site currently generates Approximately $450 - $500 per month in recurring membership fees as well as generates several new signups per month. Unfortunately, existing members / recurring fees cannot be transferred to the new owner, so you are paying for the traffic plus the site only.

The site is fully dynamic, in order to update it you simply have to upload the "members" and "free" pics into two different directories and hit a button. I will provide email-support to the new owner for the first month, as well as assist in transferring the site to your server.

You will also get a backup copy of my old "pic submission" email box in case there is ever a copyright issue over the user-submitted content, however in 2+ years running the site I have only ever been asked to remove 1 picture.
