Today i have for sale 3 established website's, they all make good revenue, and im selling them as a package.
The reason why i have decided to sell is because i need the funds, please note that the buyer must be paypal verified.

ForumNerds.com (PR3) started off originally as a Forum, We progressed in some areas etc and then we came up with an idea of making it a forum hosting website. My partner (Based in the UK) Was up until 5am this morning re-coding the script, implementing a new design etc.
Anyhow to cut a long story short, my partner and I noticed we was taking
the foot off the pedels a little on other (Bigger projects) and we need to act fast and start working on them, so we have both decided and agreed it's best to sell ForumNerds.com and let someone else progress and make a good profit from our work, whilst we get our other projects lifted off the ground.
You must have a VPS or a dedicated I.P with PHP and MYsql support, and also the ability to create a WildCard DNS/Entry.
We will install the full website on your server for you. (Thats if you want us too)
We was earning a fair bit on google adsense and selling banner advertisements, but i have not monitized the ads on the new website

I have for sale picsbyte.com, this website runs on a freeimage hosting script, a majority of all visitors are from the U.S. At first i was using adbrite etc but i decided to move on to google.
Put it this way! its the best thing i have ever down. Someone said image hosts dont make much PPC on google adsense. I think i just proved the person was wrong.
Website is for sale due to personal reasons, Need the cash although its making me revenue, i need the lump sum of cash urgently.
Please find attached the following information (Adsense since implemented 2 months ago). Traffic screenshots and also a .CSV file (For a breakdown).
I have not promoted the website, as i have not needed to, most traffic comes from people linking to images inside forums.
The BIN is low, so i expect a quick sale. (Message me for the BIN)

I also have for sale my unique script website, its a custom unique script with a nice domain name, i have done a little promotion etc created some banners and bought some advertising over at webtalkforums.com. (2 months fully paid for)
