I'm in Toronto as well. I agree with your $5k value.

What, 1/2 commission off one condo sale? Tell him to dig deeper...
Then let him know what you're doing..
You're going to place a text ad in the Toronto Star Real Estate Section next saturday stating that you have a PREMIUM Toronto Real Estate domain name for sale. Email me for name.

or you can list the name and have them email you for current bid... (Keep the names to market later)

or include domain and say that the first $5k takes it.

Good Luck,
JR

Thanks for the feedback, domain has a lot of pottential.. toronto water front condos are VERY HOT for the last 3 years and growing... i dont have the resources to develop the domain, for now just parking. If this is developed... it will make 5K a day :ok:

Call up Horst Richler,
He's a big condo guy over on the LakeShore at Parklawn.

You'll see his add on the corners. (The bus stop garbage can ads.

Better yet go down there and drive the area, and downtown at the water, and you'll see the current performing agents ads everywhere... There's your client list then beat them against each other!!!

Regards,
jr

Hmmm, i think that one is North york agent specific.
Throw up a Joomla site with (real estate component adon)
joomla free, script i think $50, place quick design (clean) up $100. buy a one month link on Canadian (toronto) real estate site $50. (Total Cost $200)

Reach North york agents tell them all you're at $1050, and you're taking the first $1250 to close the auction.

Unfortunately the domain alone i feel is too targeted, and you might get $100-$300

Just my thought, i have been wrong!!!

TorontoWaterfrontCondos.com

Need some feedback on the value from domainers who are experienced in Toronto Market.

Already have a real estate agent offering $1000 US.

My value for domain $5000+

I agree your domain is worth $5K - but you should start making some calls, you could easily sell this domain even to a newbie real estate agent.

Best of luck!!!

TorontoWaterfrontCondos.com is regfee.

Reg'd a month ago, no other extensions taken, 1,330 returns for exact term, no google trends, and probably 0 overture?

Let's get real.

Seems to be worth at least 1k if that's what a realtor's willing to pay for it.

If you're a Toronto realtor who specializes in condo sales, the domain would look nice on a business card, newspaper ads, etc., and it's specific about the product. The domain would make you look like the specialist in these types of condos, and if it helps you sell one then it would be worth the 5k.

Plus the fact Toronto is Canada's main city in population and business. I don't know what the value is, but it could be worth something to the right person is all.

You should know by now...EVERYONE has an offer when they list a domain name for appraisal and especially when they're new. I would like to see this one sell for 1k, but i think its highly, highly unlikely.

I'm assuming the 1k offer is real I guess.

$500 tops. It's not searched often enough. Why is it some people in Toronto think they are they goat's milk and their own sh** don't stink? You've been rude to those that offered their valued opinions Batman. Burn your own bridges if you like.

Knowledgable insight, as par.

It's sad when folks request quotes here, then attack the forum members who give their opinions.
