Hello Sheva,
i guess no one seams to do appraisals..

the value of any domain name is reflected in the demand (need)...

how many people can use this domain name ?

how much would anybody (retail spent on torts.com)

my best guess is : $ 2000 - $ 4000 if you are lucky

however if someone like this (in my opinion 'very sweet' name)

you may easy get $ 30,000 or more out of it, that means if you can wait for the right person.

hmmm, obviously they have a genuine interest in the name, I'd counter with 25k immediate payment JMO.

Torts.com - how much traffic?
If no traffic, then I would say $32k is good offer.

Hello Sheva ,
well without knowing anything about your offers you already had...i was quite good on the prices .... don't you think ?...

you possibly lost a sale there...however if they should reply with a larger amount, take it !!! even if it is monthly ,- just make sure ,that the down payment is yours even if they back out later on- put this in escrow details - again - take it !!!

if they come back with a smaller amount but all cash...like 20k -take it !!

maybe this advice is as good as the first one...however a dnf dontation if sucessful would be nice...lol...

Hi, yes you right you was very very good on your appraisal.

I know I lost a sale but I don't care, I lost many many sales like this, I don't know why but ever tend to don't make a sale when I get offers and I try to keep the name always.

Sheva,

Name your price. Wow what a name. I think there are literally thousands of $10+ overture bid terms that fall into this name. What a great idea huh? Just develop your own directory of $10 overture bid terms. :-D

the highest bid for the term torts at overture is $0.10
about developing that its a good idea, I have many many names like that for developing, the point is that I don't have time to do it.

No no no,

AHP, Taxol, BuSpar, Baycol, man I could name 100+ drugs that have settled. Look at those very high overture bids.
Then think about other terms like car accidents, asbestos, hell even suing my neighbor for making all that noise falls under torts.

Man this is the perfect name for a directory. I would be interested in developing for you -- want to discuss?

Wow! Very Nice Name!

I would say 5K is a little low and that it is easily worth over 10K if not more. I normally value considerably less than others so take it for what its worth.

My God, how'd you snag that one??? I'm drooling ...

And I thought I was doing well with

Tortslawyer.com

which, by the way is also a PRIME name.

But, you've got me beat with that one.

Keep us posted on how things go ...

Best of luck,

The torts lawyers make tons of $$$$$$$. Many of them should be willing to shell out $25 K for this superb name. Sit tight. You will get that much or more. Good luck.
