In the US Trademark Electronic Search System, what is the differences between these two entries:

Mark Drawing Code (1) TYPED DRAWING

Mark Drawing Code (4) STANDARD CHARACTER MARK

Can you own a domain name that contains a word that is registered as a "Typed Drawing?"

Hi,

A type drawing mark similar to a domain could add a special legitimate interest in a domain. Regarding the first question, we understand that the 'type drawing' code was changed to 'standard character drawing', so from 2003 would be no longer possible to apply as type drawing without standard characters.
