I have recently got involved in various projects, and have been off-loading sites off my back one-by-one. It is now time to sell the site which I think has most potential. I would also need some cash to fund some investment.

Before you read the figures, please be warned that this site needs sustained promotion, without which the site will deliver only luke-warm success. The foundations have been laid, but it needs time and effort to continue exploiting this potential.

The website, www.TodayHits.com, sells targeted traffic, which is a booming industry on the internet at the moment. Much like the hosting industry in the past, this is the right time to get in, before it gets too crowded.

Included in the sale is the top domain name, TodayHits.com. The site features a clean and intuitive design and is fully automated. But you will have to process orders manually; once you get the money in your PayPal account. For every order, you need to buy traffic from your reseller, assign it to your client; and send a welcome e-mail. You will get a special reseller account from this sale, where you can buy traffic at 40-55% of the prices you are selling at. A secondary reseller account will also be provided. You might want to consider alternative resellers, as well. A full customer list containing 134 past customers (and targeted prospects) will be provided.

The site has earned a total of ~US$5,700 since January. Net profit after traffic costs has been ~$2,784. However, please note that most of this revenue was generated between January and March, after which promotion was effectively dropped. Very hard work was done on the site in those 3 months. Even after, there has been a steady, but slow, influx of customers over the last 2-3 months. The site has earned $390 in the last 3 months. Proof available in form of PayPal screenshots. Also, you will receive a full customer list, which is the ultimate proof.

The bottomline is that this site has tremendous potential to earn four figure incomes per month; as has been duly proven. But, it does require work. The initial hard-work has been done. If you have time and willing to put in further effort, this site will run like magic for you! Included will be a Client List of 134 customers (subject to an anti-spam agreement). This will be a priceless resource, in itself.

The current highest bid is $750. Of course, it is worth a lot more; but I am willing to sell it for a knock down price to someone who can really make use of this opportunity. The reason for the low pricing is that I am more than satisfied with the success of this site until now. Also, I need some quick funds for further investment. my question is "how" ?

how do you provide the traffic that someone buys? I looked and if I take the 10k visitor package from the US, for $29.99 that means that you will send 10k visitors to my URL.

how? how can you guarantee that visitors will appear?

sorry, I guess I just don't *understand* the methodology of doing what it is you do -- nor, do I understand therefore, what kind of commitment that would be in time to generate a successful biz if I were to buy same?

Can you explain here?

My guess is that they aren't real visitors, but a proxy or some similar kind of program, but thats just what I think - well thats the only way you can guarantee 10K hits...

I should have mentioned this in detail before, sorry for that.

We are associated with a traffic wholesaler, who are in turn associated with websites in different categories; who ultimately yield the visitors.

So, there are 4 parties, end customer, you (TodayHits.com), wholesaler and end website.

When the customer orders a traffic package; you will order the same package from the wholesaler (at about half the price).

Once this is done, the end customer receives traffic from the end website. This is REAL traffic. If we were doing proxy or similar, you might have thought we would have been closed by now.

Although it is very unlikely, as there is always a large surplus of supply to demand; in case the order cannot be satisfied; all you have to do is simply refund the money. This has never happened before. Of course, there is no loss involved, as you do not purchase from wholesaler at all.

Update: I am accepting offers till Wednesday.

I am knocking down the Buy Out price to $1250. However, I would be willing to sell for less than that.

If I do not receive a satisfactory offer (Very unlikely, as I already have one) I would be more than glad to keep the site.
