Nope - especialy since it needs 2 registrars.
The 60 days is a legal requirment that both the loseing and gaining registrars must check.

True - but it has it's reasons. I get to know a few regisrars I really do not like when I snap a domain, and I hate that 60 day wait to move them to enom - but I accept it as part of the game

Moral story ... don't wait for your last 60days to transfer the name. Transfer asap ... to avoid any registrar issues.
