Transferring a domain

Okay, so I have many domains registered with Godaddy.com.

Stage 1 - you have a buyer and they want your domain

Stage 2 - they paypal you the money

Stage 3 - you go into Godaddy and make the domain "unlocked"

Stage 4 - I ask the guys at dnforum for the next stage

So, after I unlock the domain, how exactly do I transfer the domain to the buyer, safely and securely? I know this is probably really simple, but can anyone help me out?

Do you want to transfer it (to another registrar) or push it (to the buyer account at GD)?

Added: I'll need both explanations, since I don't know the process for either. How can I transfer to someone at Godaddy, and also someone at another registrar?
