I have a reseller account with eNom and I have to transfer a .com from another registrar to my eNom account for one of my customers.

Is it as easy to use as RegisterFly (for those who used RegsiterFly) ?

and do they refund you if the transfer fails ?

I'm asking these questions because as far as I have the eNom accout, I have only used it to register new domain names but I noticed today that in the transfer section, there's a note saying :"We have added a two hour time limit to complete a Pre-configured transfer..."

For the record for anyone that reads this thread. Enom takes money out of your available balance during a transfer and if it is not successful they will credit it back at the end of it. This is great for those of you who have to deal with those pain in the butt registrars that won't let go of them very easy and require repeat requests. Make sure you don't miss the confirmation email though it's from a weird address.
