I think they both have some potential. Type H has alot of google results and sounds brandable. It sounds like a new car or something with the H standing for helium or hydrgen or even Hybrid. MoreFinancialAid.com has great keywords that pay well. It must get some traffic which would be easy to target and get a high ctr for.

MoreFinancialAid.com mdi xxx depending on traffic and rev or if developed.

EndUser: TypeH.com low-mid x,xxx
MoreFinancialAid.com mid x,xxx if developed and sold with the site
