hi gang,
a little input requested, regarding a domain i am considering registering.... mainly for the "typeins"
the domain is a mis-spell on a high volume website, and generates about 150 direct mistyped searches per month.
for instance ..... Walmart would be Walmary
Q1...... What if any would be the repercussions in a legal sense.....as the domain would only be picking up "lost traffic"
and
Q2 .....What value would a domain of this nature have in the aftermarket .. it obviously would have a certain accrued value for a site selling similar gear.
any positive input would be greatly appreciated
