Very nice domain. While this domain may lack type-in traffic, it surely has a large market. It would make a great site to sell undeveloped land within the US or to offer advertising for other to sell undeveloped land. You could even offer free listings at first to encourage it's use and as time goes by begin to charge more and more per listing. Run Google AdSense and other real estate related affiliate programs and it could bring in some nice extra revenue. As far as what this domain is worth it's very hard to say. Some may say low $XXX end user at most and only low to mid $XX reseller. Some may say nothing because it lacks traffic but traffic is not the only place a domains value comes from. However, after developed properly it could possibly fetch big money.
