I am looking for appraisals and thoughts on how to get this developed. I had an offer for 3,000. My gut felt it was to low and that it might be high time to develop it. Any thoughts, suggestions, numbers and cookies are greatly appreciated!

Why should I have sold it at that price? Is the recession over yet?

imo....u shoulda took that offer

the domain really has no product marketability and sticking a "u" in front of the word doesn't make much sense.

Ok, i might have to get back to the person. I was just thinking of making a site that would be geared towards productive ways of saving, making and protecting self through hard times.

I agree , 3,000 is way over the value . Hopefully that person gets back to ya. This name isnt even worth reg fee.

Well i think the reason he was hyped at the cost value is that i was feeding him many ideas of what I was going to do, but he contacted me first. I am so glad I listened in psych class

I think maybe that was a fake offer I wouldn't offer over the price of registration for this domain so if it was or is a real offer jump on it now

You wouldn't go over the registration but if you look hard enough, someone will :-)

Sure, you can call me in the morning to get in the call :-) I rarely send sales letters unles its to other domainers.

I call my potential sales.

The guy and I are going to talk things over again tomorrow.
