Urgently Looking For A New York Lawyer (any City)

Hi all,

We're urgently looking for a registered lawyer from NY (any city) specialized in negotiations, we've just agreed to buy a domain but the other party wants to deal directly with a local lawyer to close the deal.

From my side, the problem is I need a lawyer who agrees to communicate by email/Skype only, I'm not very skilled with the spoken language so things would be easier.
Obviously he'd get paid at his hourly fee.

Any advice ? We must find one within few hours, we're using multiple resources to do this so we're just looking for serious advices at the moment on how/where hiring the right one, how should we pay for his fees (due to the distance and the urgency of the moment) etc ...

We've just approached a lawyer with whom we're discussing our case, hopefully he'll take care of this negotiation so we'll have solved our issue otherwise we'll consider your options.
