I have URL.to me.to too.to y.to,etc,and I plan to run a shortner url site like bit.ly fb.me goo.lg tr.im j.mp,but I don't know how to earn money,maybe I could cooperate with some big companied like Microsoft,Google?

No offence, but those big companies won't cooperate with you. They'll just buy there own short url..
But me and a friend are working on a new url shortning service, we have some real cool features on our development list and a strong new way to make money out of our service.
