I was just posting about my own, and at least in true social media I've found (FB & Twitter) some of your contacts (unless they have an ID there just for domaining) may not like your trying to sell them something there, even sending a list. LI can be great if you're active there, it's social still but that one is for employment/professional goals, including domaining. And I'm glad it has worked for you
