utube went after youtube- my guess is, if they did that they will go after any utube domain, especially if it is spelled the same- they have the trademark on utube- now it is a narrow one, for their tubing, but i think a domain loses some value when there are "strings attached" if you know what i mean-
this is too much of a sticky one i think- but, this is just my opinion!
