2001, maybe 2002... I know, I know... lol
I caught them all one night on the drop.

Escrow cancelled. Domain returned, after many emails, sms and skype...

Good to hear. Obviously, this doesn't make V6.org legit.

is names are stolen !!
if stolen , 100% the correct owner of the names will reply on this thread .

I dont think they are stolen .......... i bought some no problem .

That doesn't always mean they're not stolen... it could mean the seller didn't tell you they were stolen, or the person the seller originally bought them from didn't tell him they were stolen...

So have all transactions been reversed ? Any update ?

Guys, add me to the list of - "The domainers who probably got scammed!". I have bought a few NNNN.coms lately from the same seller and for the prices that looked pretty close to reseller prices.
It's been 2 months since I bought a domain from this seller, and apart from the Namepros warning thread, I have had no emails/phone calls/PMs warning me of possible case of stolen domains.
Anyways, I will be holding the domain names till the things are clear.

You may not have issues with buying a domain that is in auction. But the seller will have issues if the domain meets reserve. The current bid is not far from the reserve price.

Auction sites don't allow it:
http://www.bido.com/Contract
TERM OF THE AGREEMENT: Seller grants Bido the exclusive right and authority to sell the Item(s) for the entire duration of time that the Seller has the Item(s) listed as for sale with Bido, or thirty (30) days from the conclusion of any auction or Buy It Now sale taking place after the submission/declaring of the Item(s) for sale, whichever occurs later. The submitted items shall consist of those items submitted by the Seller to Bido, in order to secure purchasers.

Anyone that has a name in question form this should hold onto them correct? As it covers several forums, and other sites looks like some forces need to come together.

I know in real life if you have something you think might be stolen, you dont sell it. Partly because you might need it back, but it also means you are doing something illegal(if you know).

Too many people involved for there not to be something going on here. I mostly advice talk to someone here or someone else in the know and involved before you do ANYTHING with a name in question.

from the low-ball offers i've been getting from fellow dnf members on my LLL.org and LLL.net domains

$200 > $450 is a good offer (let them tell it) if you're willing to sell
