Great name with excellent potential.

Figures don't do justice to the association around V8 - one of the best 2-Char .com's available I would say.

I just checked at http://www.uspto.gov.

There are alot of existing Trademarks on the name V8. It's such a great name, but it could get you in a lot of trouble if someone decided to enforce their existing trademark via a TM infringement suit or a suit under the ACPA.

It's up to you though. The TM holders may never come after you.

the term v8 is pretty broad. It would be hard to lost that domain over a tm issue. Great name $20K end user

I doubt you can lose this name over a TM.... too much of a used term & thing.

You must upgrade to Platinum in order to offer domains for sale at DNForum.
