"vacation rental" has 314,661 OVT for last month and 5,8 mio Google returns.

Overture is notoriously unreliable when it comes to gaps in the words being entered. Vacationrental.com has an overture of 433 and is the most comparable. Purely for traffic, it would not have a v.high value, but as a capital name it would. If you have received a good offer, it is probably worth selling. Good luck
