I'll comment on two aspects of posting this domain here "for appraisal". One, you may be setting yourself up for exibiting "bad faith" with the post, and secondly ... I think you may be better served for opinion(s) in the "Legal issues" area on this site! Ouch. Good Luck.

Legal Advice? How about retaining legal counsel? This is a CLEAR case of BAD FAITH! If BOSE files for TM infringement it will be a slam-dunk and more "CYBER SQUATING" headlines. Crap like this affects ALL of us in the long run. :upset:
