value in geo+job domains?

is there any value in these just registered? such as maybe houstonchiropractor.com or newyorkplumbers.com? or the other way around, such as plumbersnewyork.com?
how would i go about selling them? i was thinking of doing a whois lookup on the websites that came up on google for maybe pages 2-10 and pitching them with the domain to sell, what do you think?
if not, do you think theres another way to sell them?
