closed Value of hosting names with org extensions

what reseller value is their on hosting domains with org extensions?

for example i own greathost.org - the com would be worth a lot but the org obviously isnt worth much

.Org is not good at all for hosting. .Net on the other hand is very acceptable. RackShack, as big as it is, still only has the .net.

yeah - think your right - just annoyed cos i keep finding all these top names where the org is the only decent extension available....for a reason i guess

I'm afraid .org just doesn't work well for hosting names.

.com is obviously great and I think the hosting genre is great for .net as well but .org just doesn't fit in.

It doesn't mean you couldn't sell it to the right person. As I have said before hosting names are hard to come by which leaves a lot of people out there desperate for a good sounding name, sometimes regardless of extension.
