Hi fellow domainers, Im trying to gather some informations regarding tax/vat on domains but not luck so far.

The point is If I act as domain reseller with registered business in European Union and reselling domains to EU customers but I use US based registrar to buy domains from do I have to pay VAT/tax like on import ? I mean if for example I buy some goods like dvdplayer in US and want resell it in europe I have to pay VAT on import and customs taxes - is it same with domains or I dont have to pay VAT on import in cause of electronic services like webhosting and domains ?
ANy informations on this will be great as nobody is able tell me anything - only what I know most people dont care about it ...simply register domains at US registrar and resell in eu ... but I dont want to get into problems...

thanks in advance for answer
Dave
