Nice skins - just paid for a vB skin but confused as to where to go to download it!

if you login to your members area you should get a subscription link on the left hand side - click this to download your skin

Sorry but it appears not to be sending me password details - I didn't get member information when I paid and when I enter my username now (just figured out what that was) and request password I don't get anything sent. Please do whatever is necessary manually to get me the skin (worldview) or failing that refund if you can't, thanks.
