vbulletin customization needed

hello all,
i need somebody to customize a vbulletin skin for me! forum language will be german but that shouldn't bother you too much!
domain is handys.at (you can see the logo online)
the forum should also have this lady (ai file) integrated! target group: 12 - 30 year old cellphone users!
please post some work you have done and your price here!
