Forgive me, but what's the point of posting an end user price? There's no set range for a domain to an end user unless it's a top premium name. For names such as this, it comes down to negotiation hence why everyone posts reseller price. Just an advice.

I would probably go with reg fee for this one, but since it is pr3 I will say around $30
