Is the traffic paid for or natural?

-a few months back the traffic was paid for. Now its neutral.
-do you see the 'scan now' , that's acutally a ppc ad
-under 'reviews' its also a ppc ad.

I'm using webadvertising.ca as the source of ppc, each click ranges
from $0.01-0.05

Revenue $3.85 for February.
