I like your domain although it contains a hyphen. Good keyword
indeed. I'd say it's worth up to $750 when selling to resellers and
low $x,xxx if you can sell it to an enduser. Good luck with selling
it!
A quick note for people to take into account when valueing - the official london tourism website is visitlondon.com - which has good and bad connetations to the pricing IMHO.
visit & london are 2 generic words. Do you think there is a trademark problem here ? I didn't know that the other one was an official one. What would you recommend me to do in this case ?
More seriously though, the terms are generic - very much so - and they are separated by a hyphen. So I don't see a problem. Keep in mind, however, that I am not a lawyer - just throwing in my 2-cents.
There's likely not a TM issue with this domain, but the hyphen does decrease the value. However, since this is a hot tourist location, I'd say high $xxx.
Indeed I don't think there'd be an actual TM issue that could end up with the name being transferred, but that wouldn't stop visitlondon either becoming interested in the name themselves or trying to act like they could get it off of you.
Chances are that the domain gets lots of accidental traffic from people trying to go to visitlondon.com so that is a good thing.
