talkvista.* is remarkable. Id stay away from the run of the mill forums and go with something groundbreaking - although, I myself know that is more easily said than done.

low xx,xxx to the right company. low-mid x,xxx/mo residual income if successful in your development of it.

I think the above appraisal is way too high... mid-high xxx reseller.... x,xxx developed. At any moment you can get a c+d if site is ms related. In any event, wish you the best of luck. It is a nice name nontheless. I would not sell it. I'd develope it and make that traffic work for you. Since its typin traffic, you know that people are here for vista/software related things.

GL!!!

I highly doubt you recieving a C&D. The appraisal, well, you can't really hold me to that - it's a nice goal though ;)

I'm pretty sure I won't get a C&D either, afterall vista is an english word, it means a tree lined view. No laws saying I can't host a forum or site giving views/opinions/information on Windows Vista. So unless I try to claim it's an official MS site or libel MS in anyway, I doubt there's anything they can do.

Yahoo is an English word too. It was used in a book long before Yahoo! Inc used it. Yet I know enough people who have gotten c+d who have argued using it in aother usage and lost. Then again, I also know of a lot of people with vista, yahoo, google, etc. names who've had no problem and that includes myself. It all comes down to wheter they see a use for it. Good luck anyways, like I said before, it is a nice Vista domain.
