I am sorry, I have never seen the "V" prefix used effectively on the internet! Seems to me that both "e" and "i" prefixed domains have even lost their luster ... so why would anyone break down the doors for a "v" prefix?? Happy New Year and Good Luck.

Undeveloped it means nothing and therefore I would give it $0 resale value.
