I should have been more clear.. what I was attempting to put into words was the auction continues 4 hours from the last bid, until no one bids for 4 hours!
But it appears most people interpreted that as ending at 448pm, which is fine too. Truly don't give a shit .

I did state 4:48pm above, and Tom was within 4:48pm.
